Songs for the Heart

Ride the Wave of Joyous Music

Although I lead many songs, I invite everyone who feels so moved, to share something that they can easily teach or is familiar to most of the group. It’s great fun to see what pops up as we share various songs and ride the wave of joyous music. These gatherings invite participants to move and sing out, and at other times, to sink into a mellow, relaxed and peaceful state.

Overall each Songs for the Heart is a co-creation among those who come and what is triggered during the gathering.  Expect to laugh a lot along the way :<) It’s designed to be user-friendly and fun regardless of one’s musical background or skill level.

"Experiencing a Sotar song gathering is like rolling the clock of your life back to a time when creativity and fun were encouraged. Take an hour or two of the stressful modern world and trade it in for a time to sing your favorite songs, learn new songs, be with your favorite friends, and make new ones. Enjoy.”
